Corporate Services Director
Balsam seeks a visionary leader to provide executive leadership, human resource, operational, and fiscal management. This key leadership role is crucial for advancing Balsam's strategic vision.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (graduate preferred) in human services, non-profit leadership, business administration, or public administration; or 7+ years of equivalent experience.

CPA or CPHR designation is an asset.
-
Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role with experience in operational management, financial management, community relations, human resource management, and business development.

Strong collaboration, strategic thinking, communication, and grant writing skills.
-
Ability to oversee multiple teams, provide feedback, manage conflict, and work in unionized environments.
-
Excellent negotiation, delegation, and organizational skills. Self-motivated and independent.

Entrepreneurial spirit with problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
-
Enjoys creating and updating policies and managing teams under multiple collective agreements.
